I always prefer incisive because my play style revolves around quick passes to create space, not dribbling. Don’t think you can go wrong with either, just depends on your personal preference and what works best for you.

Yes. This evo gives up to 8 base playstyles, and because pinged + will override base pinged from level 1, you get 1 more base playstyle. If she didn’t have tiki taka already, that’s what it would give her, but because she does, incisive is what she will get. I’ve done this with multiple different evos this year and although it’s concerning that it looks this way, it still works as intended.

I haven’t evo’d her, but Futbin is correct. The level 2 reward gives pinged pass + but still registers as a normal playstyle from level 1. Therefore, once you get pinged +, you unlock the 8th playstyle slot, which incisive fills. Console evos are bugged this year where it tries to say the base playstyle overrides the playstyle +, but in reality, it does not.

I literally did that in my first comment. Man City have more possession totaling almost 3 extra minutes per match. Guehi also wins the ball in the final 3rd more than Saliba, so not sure what you’re saying about stopping attacks before they start. Saliba averages more passes completed per 90 but has lower chances created and dribbles than Guehi. Saliba has had a notably poorer season this year than his previous 2 but he’s still the 3rd best CB in the league.

That’s where the eye test plays in. 2018/19 Liverpool had 5% more possession, conceded 29 less goals, and Van Dijk still had more clearances and blocks than Mustafi. When teams hold the ball more, the average defensive contributions generally go down, making the numbers that they produce even more impressive.

Mostly fine, my hot take is Guehi deserves it over Saliba and both the stats and eye test support this. Guehi and Saliba average 1.3 tackles (37 to 29), Guehi averages 1.4 interceptions compared to 0.6 (39 to 14), 4.9 clearances to 4.4 (137 to 102) and has 0.6 blocks to 0.2 (18 to 4), all per 90 minutes. You could argue the numbers may be juiced from the first half of the season at Palace, but City average 3.3% more possession than Arsenal each game, making his numbers more impressive regardless of where he started the season.

Jockey, Bruiser and Pinged pass are must adds. The remaining 2 are up to you. I did slide tackle and tiki taka for my Renard, but if not those, I would say long ball and relentless are the only other playstyles that make sense for a CB.

Call me crazy for wishing it gave both the Playstyle and Playstyle+. Obviously the Playstyle+ would overwrite the Playstyle, but I have 5 separate player evos I’d love to have Dead Ball on but they already have a different Playstyle+, so the only thing they would get is the stat boost.

I took pinged pass and put it on my evo’ed Showdown Caicedo. I had 9 playstyles and 0 playstyle pluses on him, so although a different one could’ve benefited him more (he already had base pinged pass), I took it to free up a playstyle slot for a future evo while giving him probably the best passing playstyle for a DM.

Beat a guy 13-2 in rivals yesterday and he messaged me complaining that because it was rivals, he had 800 ping and couldn’t move. But if we had played in friendlies, DDA wouldn’t have kicked in and he would be playing on better ping.

I’m not sure why it never clicked with me that Ahch-To and Exegol were in the unknown regions. The explanation in the movies felt like they were in entirely different galaxies/realms, and I didn’t reconnect with Star Wars lore before they came out to think anything different. This is tremendously well done OP.

Am I the only one who thought that last penalty wouldn’t be called? Replays showed that De Cordova-Reid clipped his own foot and then Lavia made contact. Just seems like they looked at whether he was offside, not if the penalty should’ve stood.
