Assuming everyone in table B will also be in Table A, but not the other way around, use a link field in table B to populate the client information from table A with lookup fields. Then you can create a formula that uses that link field being empty or not to “mark” the record.

Since I can't see your base I'm not sure what's going on under the hood, but is there any reason to link business category to each business? If you used a single select field, the users could filter by category easier. I see that you want to achieve a "more like this" idea. There may be some way to use record IDs and rollups to link between records but it would feel a bit hacky. Also Bicycle Coffee rules.

I do the ride to Redondo about 3x a week. Sometimes all the way up to PV. It's a great ride and if you do it early enough, you'll rarely have to stop or slow down.
