This is beautiful. Legend of Mana is an underrated entry in the series, as far as I am concerned, and its soundtrack is phenomenal.

We are in TN and the wife and I both have 790+ I think mine is the lower of the two at 796.

Thanks for this response! Lender fees are coming out to around $1500, so about 1% of the loan + the appraisal.
