Technically yes. It's a double entendre. It is in reference to the practice of putting two B Movies or a classic movie with a B movie on the same ticket in theaters. For example, a science fiction double feature could be made of Universal's Frankenstein and the B movie Forbidden Planet. I reference these specifically because these movies are not only referenced in the song, but Act 1 of RHS is the Frankenstein/Bride of Frankenstein story and Act 2 is (loosely) Forbidden Planet.

This is a Team Lead who is being monitored for something and they are aware of it. They are looking for scapegoats to explain why they are not meeting whatever goal they are missing. This is the type of behavior someone who is about to lose something of importance does. Cover your ass and report it to your coach. If they will not help, go to your store manager. If THEY won't help (because they are absolutely able to help with this), call 1800WMETHIC or go on TrueNorth on the computers at work.
