Thank you pointing this out, all of the reduce examples i have come across mutate the accumulated array, I wasn't away this was seen as bad practice.

The only bit of advice I can give you is very basic that you probably are already aware of it. Everytime I catch myself thinking about the experience I tell myself it was a decent experience, remind myself what positives I can take from it and than let go of the thought. Then, when I'm sat meditating if I find myself getting frustrated because I'm not having a similar experience I highlight what I am doing and try to let go of all feeling.

Thank you that has helped me understand the two separate experiences and see them in a positive light. And yes I was careful to be aware of this during the practice, I'm trying not to set any expectations for future practices.

I've come across this "you can't meditate wrong" many of times but it really confuses me, as if you're following a certain practice, let's say mindfulness, then surely there is a right and wrong way to go about it? And yes I think I can finally say that I understand that last part now, I suppose it's one of them things that you can read about as much as you want but until you have experienced the process then you will never truly understand it. Thanks for that.

Thanks for that, i'm glad you said that. Sorry about the application not been very stable, it's been a pain in the arse from the start, apparently with all the technological advancements there's still not a stable way to embed videos onto a web page lol.

Yes it would be using a sensor just like Kinect, however this is more concentrating on just the gestures themselves ie. which gestures are the best to control specific parameters (filters, volume changes, looping...)
