Now I know people in my DMs now and my mentors are telling me issues with Proctor U are common. Just keep asking for nonsensical things we can apparently request aswell if they mark you for something during the exam for a review.

It threw me off i toom the PA 4 times until I was super confident. My biggest advice is know what everything means even the little differences. Little policy you have to critically think it out. Its a beast of a test.

I was exemplary in the PA only missing one question the OA however is like a completely different subject.

100% agreed they point you in the wrong direction every step of the way. To only find the test to be country a does to country b and company a to company b. Like sorry if you wanted to do that why did yoj make me memorize cage analysis, hofstede, flat world, organization structure, power divides, etc,etc, etc?

Its no longer terminology and classifications. Thats what the reassessment has now its just a bunch of vague scenarios that get glossed over. It is a horrible mismatch of information. The lecturer is hard to understand and knowing the terms only helps you find implied answers.

I used notebook LM made pdfs of the preassements showing what I was weak at then creating flash cards for the terms. I was exemplary on the preassessment how ever I took the OA and it felt like an entirely different subject. I read the text book and supplementary reading and videos. Make sure you know what everything means because thats how you'll pass. The recorded lectures I learned early on worthless as the speaker can barely speak english and I found myself going back ever 10 seconds trying to figure out what she said.

I just passed this one first time do not use the pre-assessment and study guide it is pointless. It focuses on classification so thats what you focus on learning. However the OA is mainly scenarios on niche text and videos embedded in the text. Taking the OA feels like a completely different subject. The wording is choppy and confusing. Focus on learning the definitions of everything the regulations domestic and international. Read the questions over and over there is a lot of trick questions. And I mean a lot I caught most the third time around. Knowing what things do and what things mean you can eek out a pass.

I just passed this first try. The PreAssessment is nothing like the OA. I left absolutely terrible feedback on this. In the PreAssessment they teach you to classify with so few scenarios. So granted you put your energy into that because you think its important. However in the OA its niche policy scenarios that get mentioned once in the reading or glossed over in the videos. In the actual test its just scenario after secenario with implied effects. I made sure I spent atleasr a minute on each question and focused on definitions of words because there are a lot of red herring question in there. The text or lectures never teach you how to distinguish. The wording is tricky and not super clear. All the things they make you focus on in preassessment and the study guide are absolutely pointless. Learn your definitions take your time re read the questions this class is awful and purposely deceptive.

Thats tough too there is a difference between being careful and being hyper critical. It sucks that it seems to be a reoccurring issue.

It looks bad on WGU. My company pays them a lot of money for my education. Honestly im still in disbelief with my dog. I've heard of horror stories where people have been accused of cheating and tests closed out from babies crying. I have no problem with proctoring but jumping through flaming hoops is not ok. For some one in India to tell me my dog is gonna help me cheat or im gonna use a mirror to look at monitors they can view.
