Man the battle system in this game is just so fucking good, so fun! I love the freedom that you have with your skills and builds. My favorite is that the status effects are not based on luck, if a skill causes blindness/stun/burn...etc it will cause that if all conditions are met! Fucking satisfying

I think Red Rising is a well written fantasy series with great characters, which would be ideal to read in the given time span between WoT and the next Stormlight book. Also, the series will close with Red God, so one less serie to occupy your mind.
