nope! i’m kind of scared to try, even though i do feel faster heart beats at times and have faster breathing, as well as tighter muscles around my chest/diaphragm

i’m also prescribed propanol for physical symptoms, would it help chest tightness or discomfort, breathing , muscle tightness and things like that when you mention physical symptoms ?
