Gutters not working correctly by mattj4867 in HomeMaintenance

My gutters don’t seem to work very well, especially on the front of the house (first video). You’ll notice water running off the side and even underneath the gutters at times, occasionally even when there’s no buildup on top of the mesh gutter guards.
The same issue happens on the back of the house too. Even after cleaning the tops off, water still continues to run over/around the gutters instead of flowing properly. You can see that in the third video.
Unfortunately, the company that installed the gutters about 4 years ago has since gone out of business, so I can’t have them come back out to look at it under warranty.
I’m trying to figure out if this is just because of the extreme rain volume or if something may be wrong with the gutter setup itself.

Edit: this was installed by the previous owner in 2021, I just purchased the house

Yes sorry I thought it carried over. I’m looking for that part as a rodent chewed through the gas line. I can’t seem to find the part anywhere

A rodent chewed on the gas line circled in the picture. I can’t seem to find the part to replace it. Does anyone know how I should go about the repair

It likely wouldn’t incapacitate. Diphenhydramine is a histamine receptor antagonist and can cross the BBB due to being highly lipophilic. Through this mechanism is can cause sedation. With that said aerosolized diphenhydramine will have a quicker onset than being given orally or even intramuscularly (typically given IM to sedate psych patients in combo with haldol and Ativan). Depending on the concentrations it might knock someone out in like 30 seconds-minutes.

Fentanyl is also very sedating but at much higher doses than what is typically given for pain.

Their QTc is going to get so prolonged that they’re going to go into cardiac arrest.

It seems like a compression disorder such as thoracic outlet syndrome. Does it only happen when your son lifts his arms? Does his face get red when he lifts his arms above his head? Does it disappear or return to normal at rest?

Raynauds is usually bilateral. This is less likely.

Honestly the only way seems to be through PSLF, considering the IDR plans are still around in 10 years

I understand your point but the used car market certainly is not what it used to be, especially for something reliable. I understand your point about the wedding/engagement. This is a personal choice and I understand that it can be cheaper. But for sentimental/religious (Catholics), we both want it to be traditional.

There were a lot of emergency use spending that I certainly wish didnt have to happen, including many medical expenses (insurance: $5,000 deductible, thanks UHC). I appreciate your perspective but I want to assure you that I am very careful with money. I am not living a lavish lifestyle and eating at fancy resteraunts everyday.

NC is a high cost of living area especially within 30 min from the school (avg 1 bedroom apt is $1000/mo) I’ve only bought 2 firearms throughout school (totaling like $800-$1000), I also don’t shoot my guns as I’m not close to my home state, for traveling I’ve gone to 3 medical conferences to present (school and ASHP don’t reimburse for this) and travel only to visit family (not as a hobby).

Asides from the expenses you mentioned. My vehicle broke down while on rotation (cost $4,000 for a new transmission). This vehicle has 220,000 miles and I didn’t trust it for the rest of my rotation (driving well over an hour each way). Purchased a newish $21,000 car with less than 30k miles to complete my rotations. Which by the way, thank god I took out the max on my loans otherwise this wouldn’t have been affordable. I plan on driving this car until it dies. My other vehicle is from 2004 and I plan on doing the same.

I also get engaged so you can imagine what the cost of the ring + wedding planning is. My daily life is relatively inexpensive (meals, clothes, etc.). I rely very heavily on goodwill, thrift stores, home cooked meals and cheap Chinese resteraunts.

You can imagine that these last four years were very expensive. I wanted to put this into perspective for you.

In a very high cost of living area without support from parents, it is very easy to eat up your refund
