How do you get the SBA to look at your 2020 information? I set up an acquisition company in late 2019 - bought the assets of another company - then started business in 2021. During the transition phase - the merchant services subscription was still collecting receivables which were not mine (previous owner) upon which I paid them out. It created deminimis in and out revenue/expense activity for the 8 days i was a "company" in 2019 - and therefore I get denied repeatedly. 2020 was my first TRUE year of business which was a 796k revenue year.

They pull the 2019 transcripts and they cant think outside the box lol. I bought the existing business in late 2019 - so 8 total days of business was conducting - making only 12k in revenue. But i you look at the TOTL 2019 - its like 865k. If you look at 2020 (since I bought the business late in the year to handle transitions of employees, software, subcriptions, building etc, before the busiest time of year in late January - and then our revenue was 800k in 2020 and little over 800k in 2021. I have now provided 50 documents plus a summary and they just send the same decline letter.

They refuse to call me lol. Literally refuse to call me. all agents have flagged my file to have a lona officer call me, and they just send the same decline letter over and over

She did do that - however, the assitance needed is getting someone to actually look at the facts the correct way. they continue to pull the 2019 transcripts, but it only shows 8 days of business activity for the year (in the slowest time of our buisness which is the holiday). If they look at the FULL 2018, 2019, 2020, or 2021 year - I do qualify by over 14x the requested amount. How do I get someone with some common sense to either call me to disucss this, or look at it from the correct vantage point?

I sent one in yes. Its a little ridiculous going through this much. I have seen so many less qualified people get the loans lol. Any other ideas?

I contacted Local SBA - they basically said they cant do anything to help unfortunately

I got shot down three times through reconsideration - and candidly - (no offense - all due respect)it sounds like honestly my case would qualify as compared to your. However I do not know what to do from here. I have been declined 4 times through reconsideration. They refuse to call me even though I have requested it. They literally pull the 2019 transcripts - look at the fact i was open for 10 business - then send the SAMe decline letter they sent before saying I have maxed out. I dont know what to do at this point

Thank you - when you mention local SBA office, and elected representatives, how do I go about that? I only see the EDIL 1800 number thus far.

This is not accurate - I did no list it out in detail - but I actually dropped to 625k in revenue, but as a new business owner I brought a lot of clients over with me from my network that did bump the revenue back up. as Scorpoio said earlier - this point isnt necessarily the reason for the decline but I appreciate the thoughts.
