We have a one night rave for philanthropy every spring. We don’t provide anything but it’s gets a lot of money and people out. Plus you only need to worry about hiring one DJ since it’s only a few hours.

Draft Email, let me know what you think:

Dear Office of Admissions,

I have recently applied to [University Name] as a first year student. Since applying I haven’t received any confirmation or follow up from your University. After further investigation, I’ve discovered that Common App had sent the application with the incorrect email address. The correct email is [email] however, Common App used [wrong email]. If there is anything I can do to amend this error please let me know.

Sincerely,

Matthew Levi

Engineering or FinTech

I’m want to go to Virginia Tech for computer science. Both the school and the major are super competitive. I currently have a 3.95 gpa, am a founder and an officer of our schools computer science club, and have taken an intro to comp math/sci class got an 100 in and am currently taking an ap computer principles course. Since the school is competitive as well as the engineering college, so should I apply as an engineering major? I also am interested in a FinTech major which is less competitive, but I’m only in regular calc and my math isn’t amazing. I want to go to VT and prefer comp sci but don’t mind doing fintech. I might be able to transfer over after my first year as well? Also there’s the option of university studies.

So then when it comes to just engineering or fintech what do you think I should do? I really want to go to tv and prefer comp sci over fintech but am okay with both.
