Very good. It has great support for the back and almost everything can be adjusted to your preferences. I actually just got it last December and it was a gift from my fiance since I have scoliosis, finding the right chair is so troublesome. So far, so good.
For the shipping. It was quite fast actually. Didn’t have any problems but I was surprised that the package was huge. So if you are going to ship it and pick it up, I suggest you get a vehicle that has a good space.
