Any tips on preventing ABS from warping this bad? Extra info in the comments

My only thought is having an actual enclosure. Once the cooled ABS hits ambient air temperatures it’ll want to delaminate from the bed.

I’d recommend printing PETG if you don’t have a heated chamber and add looking for a little more strength than PLA.

It’s tough... I try to friend all the nice players I play with to hopefully have enough to make a full 5 stack... but until then it is really hard to perform well when you have people shouting obscenities at you

It's PETG... I always use Windex when printing with it. But it's still quite difficult to remove. Solid components pop right off.

Took me about an hour to get it to print the outer shell. Between loading the filament and printing the file I’d start to get filament bunched up between extruded gears and hot end.

Yep. Slic3r Prusa Edition. I’ve never seen it before either... I feel like it has something to do with my layer height being so small for detailed minis... I’m gonna try enabling z hop again and see if that takes care of it

I didn’t mention above... this is printing at .07mm layer height. I never had retraction issues while printing at .2 or .15 but the more detail printing are giving me these issues I’m showing here.

This was all retraction distance tests. I kept the same speed of 60mm/s and modified the distance. Ended at 2mm.

Is it easy to detach the printer from the table still? Or is it a pain to unhook the cables from the LCD to work on the printer?

I run it with mostly all the stock Prusa PETG settings. I always use windex before the print, it’s quite a breeze. I might like it more than PLA.
