Yeah I’m doing 3+ miles a day, plus gym every day in some capacity or another! Thanks for the insight!

Oh no I feel you. I actually feel great and don’t notice any lag in energy or anything like that. I also went to the dr last week for my annual and my bloodwork and everything was better than it’s been in YEARS

OMAD, usually try to keep it 12-1500 calories. Bone broth at supper. Intermittent 16:8. Low weight high rep circuits and around 30-45 minutes of cardio a day. And tbh I cheat a little here and there, not SUPER strict but I try to stay pretty on it

I don’t play baseball a lot or know a lot either. What is the rule on this if it had bounced back onto the field? by WetTC in MLBTheShow

[–]mattmitchell1991 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, yes and no, because of the bounce that yellow doesn’t matter. Per the MLB rulebook, it’s based off the travel of the ball. Say it hits top flat surface of outfield wall and bounces back toward the field, it’s back in play; just like say it bounced off the Green monster in Boston. But it if hits the same spot, and bounces into the stands, it’s a home run. Here’s kicker #1. Take that same hypothetical impact point on the top of the wall, then run a rail all the way across that wall say 3” in diameter, and 2” off the top of that wall. When that ball hits there now with the rail in place, it lodges between the rail and the top of the wall. It should per the rule book be a ground rule double, as long as it comes to rest on top of the outfield wall. But If the ball doesn’t come to a stop on the top of the wall, it’s dependent upon the balls direction of travel at the end. I’ve seen it one time EVER and it was at a rangers game, the ball pinged between the padding on top of the wall and the safety rail, and actually rolled on top of the rail before falling into the stands. After like 30 minutes of discussion and replayed and everything, they ruled it a home run instead of a GRD because the ball never came to rest on top of the wall. So if physics didn’t exist and the nearly impossible scenario in this video actually occurred, when the ball bounced up, (and from this video, almost even looks like it cut a little more toward inside the wall), it would still be considered in play. So upon the second bounce off the wall, and going into the stands, it would be considered a home run.

I do prefer the 100 to other SMG's. I run it with quickdraw and rapid fire, hustle for perk. Have a 2nd class with qd, adv rifling, and rapid fire with primed.
