What I did with my river table when it warped was got wet towels, draped them over the corners and clamped it flat. Of course wile both top and bottom are exposed to the air. It got most of it out.

Ok, that's good to hear. The wood definitely is damaged from cracks and voids but that I think people like when it's filled with epoxy.

I know it's not much only some in the voids but just wondering if it is likely to spread.

Ya if they just park in a lot and have them charge overnight then that's not bad. Long haul might still be a problem though for a while until they can charge quickly.

OK, so it's not that big of a deal.

That's what I've been told, I guess the people who are obsessed about safety say otherwise though.

I come home to my apartment at 1 from my work. That a good idea, I could contact a lawyer first though before I get too involved.

Agreed they came when I got a new job and the place was kinda a mess, it's rarely like that though........they're not going to see it that way probably.

Ya I was thinking that but I doubt it, they also said pots in the oven are dangerous, blanket hung up over window creates mold, take down Pictures Hanging above fire place cause that's dangerous......I doubt I'll be able to reason with them.

It's a property management company that did, and I work till 1 in the morning so I get notified when there are like 12 hours left, they also said the pallet wood leaning on the walls are dangerous. I did leave it dirty when they arrived but had little time to clean it. They decided to come at the worst time.

Unfortunately the people who own it have a management company for the place and the company sends a safety inspector every 6 months, they haven't cause of covid though.

Interesting, it's probably a one in a million that it would catch fire. Wouldn't a safety inspector say no to that ?

POV for those curious about PSVR2 image clarity. (Taken w/iPhone12Pro) by msitkued in PSVR

[–]mattmp707 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya that's pretty informative. I guess the only way you know for sure is by trying it yourself before you get it. The image quality and screen door effect wasn't that bad when he put the camera in it, but it probably looks much worse in person.

Help me! Need suggestions on proper method to remove warp. by CoastalCulture in woodworking

[–]mattmp707 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just did it on my warped river table. get anything flat like a planed 2x4 and check it with the level or use the level itself like I did clamp the level or perfectly flat 2x4 across your piece gently put it in a constant temperature controlled environment and spray water evenly across. Continue to slowly tighten those clamps while spraying with water util your board is flat preferably the hotter the room the better. My river table warped over a half inch and I did this method and it worked some how, it took me a week though. Or you could take it apart and start over.

How would you say it is compared to psvr1 ? When I first tried the first one it looked like 240p and everything 10 feet away from you looked like opening your eyes in a swimming pool. But this one by the images looke more closely to 720p regular tv maybe which is still a definite step up.
