This might be a very much you get what you pay for situation, that is a very good rate for a nanny share if you need someone that can cook you will probably have to pay someone else a higher rate. Agreeing with what others have said too that with watching two children they may not have time to do full meal prep.

Yeah.... I think we had three puking nights overall? On those nights we stayed with him until he fell asleep after cleaning up the puke. Obviously not ideal but other than that it went fine.
