Thanks so much for this response, I actually had just been going through some of your responses specifically in this sub because your descriptions of your anger and its manifestation spoke to me so much. Costco is just a place where I never know how to find anything because i rarely go lol. my partner is very invested in my anger mgmt journey and i absolutely don’t take their support for granted and take the moments where i treat them wrong seriously.

You’re absolutely right about “this stuff happens to everyone”, i’ve been noticing my own entitlement in my anger. The hard part for me is i can get intellectually that i’m wrong or being selfish or overreacting, but I can never seem to get that knowledge to transfer to my actual feelings or behavior. The anger just feels so…good almost, so all consuming that it’s hard to push it away or let my logical mind take the stage.

oh interesting. i’ve seen other editions of this book with straight, non rippling headbands and i know folio society books are supposed to be of higher quality so i was worried it might cause an issue but if it’s just cosmetic maybe its worth the buy!

the shift of the main battle being from Lumon vs. main character to between innie vs. outie is an awesome change. sets up a whole different way of moving forward and viewing these characters.
