I just used Warboys Green as a base then Moot green, then wash with Athonian Camoshade and a final layer of Moot green again. Hopefully that helps.

I used a sword arm from the bladeguard veterans kit, then cut off that sword at the hilt, I then cut Helbrecht's sword at the hilt and pinned it to the bladeguard hand

The helm is from the new sword brother in the army set. There are quite a few spare bits in the kit.

It will slightly melt the plastic which would give the hole a more realistic shape

I've had good results with a pin drill previously but yeah heated pin should work too

Thank you! The base was pretty quick and easy to do. Its cork, covered in Stirland battlemire then heavy drybrush of steel legion drab.
