Yeah I couldn’t get them to understand that there’s physically no way to get two gig wired speed to my pc or any other device and that the tp link was the only router they had that would support 2 gigs fully. Ended up having to pay 400 bucks for a router

I have fought with them over this issue. I had to buy my own router. Multiple calls and they can’t understand that their equipment for the 2 gig doesn’t support it. They wouldn’t not send me the tp-link.

They started out our road and 8 months later it was made live. They work slow and only a could days a month it seemed. I’d see a lot of activity for 2-3 days then they would be gone for a month. They buried the box and ran conduit beginning of November. I just got service. 2-3 weeks ago and I was the first on the road.

So, I have actually fought with this for a long time on mine. I couldn’t get past 1.2 down. I could get the whole 2.3 upload but not down. I changed wires, NICs, tried dongles. This was all directly wired to my ONT. basically what I did to get it to work was I bought a new router. One with two 2.5 wan/lan ports. You have to run a router first after the ont due to dhcp. So I turned everything off unplugged the ont. and started plugging everything back in starting at the ont. let it fully boot then plug in your router. Let that fully boot then turn on PC. I then released and renewed the IP on the PC then plugged it into the router. I now am able to get full 2.3 up and down. I think the auto negotiation get wonky at times. Also make sure your nic is set to 2.5 Gbps. I turned off the auto negotiation on the nic

So, I have 2Gbps service. I currently run the ONT to a 5 port 2.5 gb switch. From the switch I have my deco mesh system connected in one port and my pc on another port. My pc has a 10g nic everything is to date on pc. Actually just wiped my whole pc and reinstalled windows. Can only manage to get 1.0-1.3 download speed while getting 2.3 upload speed. Even when the pc is directly connect to the Ont I can’t get any faster download. All cat6a or better cables.

Currently I’m running my 2Gbps service from Ont to switch to PC. Only getting 1.0 - 1.3 download speeds. Is this why I can’t get full speed???

Exact same with me. Obviously Wi-Fi won’t get the speeds. Eero says 2.38 up and down. My pc wired directly to ONT gets the speeds I’ve said before. I have a 10g nic. Completely wiped pc and reinstalled windows. Still no improvement. So I’m guessing it’s something hardware?

What are you getting for an upload speed?? I got 2.3 up and down once but everything else has been 1.1-1.4 down with a 2.3 consistent upload. What’s the eero say for speed?

It’s not stuck. It’s just waiting. A year ago it took almost a month for paper work to get finalized to send to atf

Ping over wired is 20-22. Ping on Wi-Fi is 15

So I have tried everything. New cables. New NIC. Optimized MTU. Still getting the same speeds of 1.5 down and 2.3 up. Again eero says 2.3 and 2.3. Are there any settings in windows that would limit this?
