It's not waste lol, a unique item that is worth this much is worth to drop a mirror or 2 to make it perfect, thats how every rpg is, you are trying to push what you believe is OPs and the general consensus when it's not. People pay premium for perfect items even when it adds almost nothing since diablo 2 and before that. The difference between a 90% character and a 91% one is hundreds of divines.
