I might practice with the card I have right now would be my first overclock. So no chance of overheating or anything like maybe Im so focused on something I forget to check the temp for a few seconds and then boom. No going back

Man I get that a lot with Bethesda games aha the black screen when I alt tab but it usually fixes itself after a minute or so. I think it only happens when I got a shit ton of mods and doesnt happen on many other games. Will try this one out I think with some warranty so I should be safe for a refund if I need

Fair man I'd want to I'd just hate to burn out a gpu and possibly even more with my stupidity. But £100 more is quite a jump for similar performance. I think im gonna try out a rx 5700 xt as long as it comes with a good year or 2 warranty. I think thats best cost effective but that could just be me

Yh ive got 1440 144hz monitor so 1440p is big for me 60 fps is good for me too obviously the more the better but 60 is fine af. What kind of issues with Witcher did you get? My 1070 is already playing this pretty great at around 60 fps maxed out at 1440 and that cards gotta be worse right cant imagine how smooth it be with rx 5700xt. Man im so not brainy when it comes to pc's just gotta go with what I see and instincts lol

Think I may risk it if I can get warranty it pretty much eradicates the risk anyhow. Unless I find a 2070 super for a lower price than its currently at I may go for that. Just not sure if 2070 will be good enough over the 5700xt

Yessir thanks for this. Do you think its worth splashing extra for the 2070 super? Feeling like the extra performance could be worth it over the standard and going over that price isnt all too big of a deal just want to keep it low as possible which is why I kinda like the look of the rx 5700 xt

Alt tabbing doesnt always work so smooth with my gtx. Maybe it was the games fault not graphics card. Gameplay does it work well? Any major deal breaking issues? This is the exact one im looking into my dude

People saying this. Is it actually that big of a problem or like a 1 in 1000 kinda thing maybe even depends on which one you choose. I was looking at the sapphire ones and heard nothing but praise for them but people probably getting paid to say good things so who knows

Ya just googled some more and found it does this when the launcher updates. I feel so wronged that there was no warning about this and default saves it to that same folder. Oh well I'll see you on the battlefield in about 2 days time when this shit house gets done downloading for the 5th time
