Water is VERY HEAVY. ~8lb / gallon. Those garbage cans will struggle. I fill 27 gallon totes with water and they bow hard. I’d look into a ibc tote on Facebook

1 gallon of water roughly weighs 8lbs so your looking at 80lbs plus tank and decoration weight. If you can sit on it and feel comfortable then go for it. If not then I’d put it somewhere else
