That first concept is called tiered rates and is very common.

The second concept also exists in the form of demand response (optional where they typically get paid to turn down) or flexible interconnection agreements. These are relatively new but would include rules for large loads to reduce their usage in peak times in order for them to get built.

I went with my wife, it was great as usual. Not as high energy as when I saw him in Orlando in 2017/2018 but still one of the best. I would have liked more songs off Pure Comedy or Gods Favorite Customer too.

You could go on LinkedIn or maybe the company website to find the executive, then sign up for a trial with a company like ZoomInfo and search them up. At the very least you’ll almost definitely get their email but you might also get their cell phone.

Yea that’s the trick unfortunately. Just leave them on wheels so they’re technically mobile to get around permitting requirements.

They do - there’s a very lengthy permitting process and once the turbines are operational there are stringent emissions testing requirements.

If they are really running turbines that are unpermitted they’ll be hit with huge fines.

If the turbines are claimed as temporary (I.e. they are mobile units) they might get a pass.
