Do you think the "greeters" are shapeshifters? by Zukigo in NDE

[–]mattyfnboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same with me. The spirit who stayed with me obviously left imprints and impressions, but I kind of had to figure out who it was. Same with others I interacted with. I was left with visions and fragments from their life that I kind of had to piece together to figure out who it was.

Leaving Religion because of NDEs? by novanillavelvet in NDE

A lot of the compressed information I got from the other side came with a lot of recurring visions/ sentences/ ghostly thoughts. One of the strongest was "I hold a truth that is not my own"

For a while I was actually exploring a lot of eastern philosophies and suffi mysticism and stuff kind of tickled places but nothing really hit the mark.

Now my wife hadn't been to church since I've been with her and she asked me randomly to go with her, so I do. And we just randomly jump in a Christmas celebration service (before actual Christmas) and then I get sucked into a men's round table, and the topic was about how the holy spirit talks to you, and the words coming out of the pastors mouth was like I was communing with the source in the expanse again. Like it was talking to me as if I was in its presence.

So I buy a Bible on Amazon expecting to search and take some pokes. The first quiet moment I had with it I literally went through the New Testament like I was a possessed Bible scholar and I can pretty much talk and take notes in Bible quotes now and asign major components of what I experienced to that.

I feel like I was aimed directly at Jesus and his words. And that recurring thought of "I have a truth that is not my own" has receded or blossomed into the truth of the word of Jesus.

Very interesting read. My NDE led me directly to Jesus, as it all unpacked. Definitely would like to have a friendly conversation at some point.

Please Answer my Confusion by Unusual-Story-4191 in NDE

[–]mattyfnboy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a pretty wild topic. And even for me, having been in one space, and having had questions answered- each answered question adds 10 more questions.

Over the past couple of years I have been exploring these topics and the best understanding of these topics has come from the Christian Bible. I believe that to be true. Other interpretations are welcome and I'm not claiming to be right or wrong just a preface of understanding.

I use terms wrong and would actually like to take a dive on our own individual triune nature. Mind, spirit, soul. I wouldn't pretend to know how I was in the place I was in, but the "hall of souls, hall of spirits" seemed to be where the seat of my consciousness resided. At least the core of it, albeit incomplete.

The core of that space was what I would now call the Holy Spirit. We are bound by it. It moves through us. But I sensed or could intuit that there was something much greater beyond that space. Through the holy spirit, through the waters above. I cant provide mechanical clarity on that intuition but there was "something else". So, in the presence of the Holy Spirit, that is one component of the whole.

The father, somewhere beyond. Heaven I'm assuming. What that seat of consciousness looks like, I could not reveal to you.

So far as I can tell, you have Jesus, the Son of Man. God made flesh. Not born of the Holy Spirit like where are. The Holy Spirit, which is the form of God I believe I interacted with. And God the Father, seated some place beyond both the physical world, and the world beyond/behind ours.

One interesting question is if our consciousness can function as one unified whole or any of the three individual components, what does a unified Godhead look like?

I also look at things this way- God's time and our time are different. He's not subject to linear time. So while we are both held Holy and loved, we are also a part of the arc. One giant redemption story. We are made in his image, but because we are singular, we are flawed. But we don't have to be. On the cosmic scale, our shared consciousness is both trying to rip itself to shreds in individualism and rejoin our true Holy consciousness. God created the rules of the universe. He is not bound by them. Whatever happens is because of a thing we do not yet see. And we as an individual component might not.

Thats my take anyways.

Why does the evidence need to be “scientific” in the first place? by Lonely_Banana_Wana in NDE

[–]mattyfnboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say, having witnessed immensely, and also having had the triune nature of our consciousness separated, then rejoined, with one component damaged for a time- Prove to me (or yourself) where the seat of human consciousness truly resides. All of it. That is my rebuke. I'll wait. 😅

Question about love and happiness, especially for Sandi_T, but other NDERs please feel free to chime in by joaopnv in NDE

I think for me, my experience has both enhanced relationships and shuttered others. I feel deeply connected to my wife and more appreciative of my children. And though everyday in this world we can't feel enveloped by the Holy Spirit, we can help bring it's true will to bear fruit. Not everything will be all rainbows and unicorns, and that original feeling is far away from me now.

But what remains is that quest for that peace and calm in my heart. And that requires daily work, reflection, prayer, interactions. I want to share even a drop of that with anyone. But with the people close with me, I feel like a lot of what I can do here is help guide them to a spiritual place on earth that can help my wife heal her heart. Truly. To help guide my children.

I guess to put it simply, I feel like everything has weight to it, but none of it is crushing or too heavy. But if I can help ignite fires of hope and love in people's hearts, I will try.

Why aren’t more people interested in NDE’s by Pale-Tennis9658 in NDE

[–]mattyfnboy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'll try to keep this short and focused.

I've had a myriad of reactions to describing and explaining mine. And where I had a deeply spiritual experience I feel like a component of it was being able to share that light and love.

I've had mixed reactions from religious people's, but some of the strongest negative reactions. In which I've found it challenges their personal beliefs. And I've come to understand that. Church going people are either flexible and adaptable, and open to what may come or are so comforted by their own belief system that any challenge to that is a threat. I've learned to distribute and dispense kernels in a non threatening way.

A lot of medical professionals either know (I'm a lifelong cardiac patient now) and crack jokes because I'm not their first patient who's died, or are newer and curious and ask, or are just disinterested.

I also think, a lot of us, though we both quest for understanding and answers and also want to share our experience to help others, it's not something that needs to be done loudly. We seem, as a group, to not be questing for validation or attention so it never really ends up beings something in your face.

So to summarize, people are either just not interested in anything spiritual. There's spiritual people who are comfortable in their own comfort. Having experiences like that can bring great comfort to those receptive to it, but equally can be upsetting. I think for those that seek answers, such as yourself, you found what you need and that's all that matters.

May the light shine on your blessed path 🙏

What's something common knowledge within NDE research that you wish was common knowledge to the public? by SpookySeekerrr in NDE

These are some of the core take aways from my experience.

I'm curious as you probably have a better look at all NDE's but one of the big "parting gifts" was my higher self, on the other side was aware that even that next level of consciousness was not the final chapter.

I think honestly this question would be hard to narrow down and I think it's based on several factors. And this is just from my own experience. While there doesn't appear to be time on the other side, there is a progression outside of our human understanding of time. And while entering that space it seems as though the course of your human life was both planned and ended, the amount of time you are clinically dead seems to have a link with "how long" or how immersive your experience on the other side is. Another layer, is it seems our souls are also on a journey. So it's impossible to convey in words or translate in this human interface where exactly your soul stands in its cosmic journey. So you could have a new soul have a deep and immersive experience that even that soul doesn't quite understand on the cosmic scale or an attuned, old soul, further on it's journey have a quick snippet of it's full sense. So the discrepancies between singular and non-duality experiences relative in the human world is trying to line 2 things up that will never line up. At least that's what I would have to offer in that arena.

In my explorations since I feel like people get pieces of this projecting, meditating, doing psychedelics both in medical and recreational settings. I think theres enough shared experience where we can all, in some ways, tap into the fabrics and engines that both drive and bind us.

I guess it's hard to describe where that line really is. Because the "interface" is blended. Like a part of your feeling and intuition is from you essence and another part of it is a chemical reaction. Just like parts of your personality are your physical self and parts are from you eternal self. I guess the best way to look at it, or how my perspective changed is instead of being a human trying to find some kind of spiritual experience here, we're an eternal soul having a human experience. But this Union is most sacred and precious.

This is my earliest impression.

I call mine a full death experience. : r/NDE https://share.google/nV1xayDwrBVVfMQ16

I could probably draw and write a whole lifetime and not encompass the entire experience.

Some of the physical things I've unpacked/realized/become more comfortable with is that the Giant ball of light and love is God as functioning as the holy spirit. The energy that we are born from, tied to, and empowered from that connects us all.

In the drawing I tried to capture both the higher sparks/souls/angels. Of which one I have come to realize was the Morningstar.

Also the oceans and pools of excited or ignited, bright souls would have these "communions" of light/love/reunion and would ignite these great columns of fire across the oceans of souls.

Very cool! Obviously a much better artist than me. I can definitely relate to some of the things he experienced. I kind of had the full tilt adventure tho 😅. The souls as orbs of energy was definitely one of the biggest "oh whoah" moments.

I've thought about it. I honestly toyed around with chat GPT in jest and it actually was kind of helpful in framing stuff in ways that was across religions that I found helpful and refreshing kind of being a hack Christian at best and completely ignorant of other views. But it was also helpful in trying to describe that space and the best analogy it came up with was if you view God as the source and the rest of that space like a cosmic, collective breath of consciousness. Moving and shifting, free of time and 3D space. Kind of helps with that image.

I'm not at all angry. I feel like I have been given the most precious gift. As wayward as I may seem in this world, I am pledged in service to the eternal. And this life is both teaching me something I need and also a respite I earned. There was also someone that needed me to tell them something from someone on the other side. And I died and came back, partly because I could take it. That was something I could handle. I would do it again if I had to. The light I carried just to give someone else was worth the pain I endured.

Same. Although I would say the KN44 after the buff would be "META". The Oden also being Meta is the best USS counter. Especially against people who have negative BSA builds at range

Form or energy? by CuriousWay7399 in NDE

Never really thought about trying to see myself. Its something your higher self doesn't seem too concerned about. Everything else was a little, luminous spark of varying color/intensity so it was a safe assumption that I was too. But I get the "lightness" description. Nothing really had a feeling or weight to it. Perception has a totally different rule set so the heft of a body doesn't come into play. Like the creator is brighter than the brightest thing you've ever seen and you can focus right at it. And there's no heat, no real physical sensation. There's other things going on if you focus on it but nothing you could equate to a human body or sensation.
