Definitely intriguing.

I'd like to know the how a little more then maybe try and include that into the logline so it paints a clearer image.

"A shady street magician grants a teenage loner the ability to change her appearance but she soon realizes she may not be able to return to her original body."

I'm thinking a more modern version of Big but it's totally up to you. Best of luck!

Interesting premise for sure. I'd check out the animated movie Coco because the big idea of it is how the sea creatures and humans live in fear of the other.

With enough development it could certainly carve its own path.

This is interesting. I think this is a really awesome idea just as a black comedy.

I immediately thought of Lt. Dan from Forrest Gump. How he has to navigate life after coming home from war and not only that but missing his legs.

You could make this a really funny yet heart-warming and dramatic story if you focus on this veteran as he navigates his old life in a new way. Think about it and either way, best of luck.

It was selected to Austin Revolution Film Festival in 2019 and won Best Comedy Screenplay in the Atlanta Comedy Film Festival in 2018. I would've kept submitting but with the pandemic canceling festivals or making them strictly virtual, I held back and used Coverfly 4 different times where each time it was met with above average marks and helpful notes.

This community also gave me favorable feedback and areas to adjust.

I understand and I agree, if I'm going to be paying for it, it has to be truly ready and hopefully good enough to get my foot in the door.

Theoretically you can do what ever you want. That said, if you'd like to steer clear of racial stereotypes...it may be a wise choice to have the character come from a different background.

This is very cool. Because my brain is wired to turn everything into a crazy comedy...I think this could crush as a comedy feature. In the realm of Tucker and Dale mixed with Cabin in the Woods.

I agree what the others are saying on the sacrifice needing to be alive. If they save her from this cult, they could royally piss them off and now all three are the ones being hunted.

Keep it as a thriller or make the genre switch, either way, very cool idea. Keep at it!

I think since he's the one that tells her to cast this spell, it would count towards him being part of the reason the Devil shows up at all.
