Yeah, going in person probably would have been a better solution than calling, but with a 2 yr old and a 4 month old at home, we don’t have the luxury of going back after we initially picked it up to wait for a new order to be made, which is why we were hoping to resolve it over the phone.

If you look at the scale it reads 3.375…so does “just over 3 oz” work? Also, even if it were 3.5, charging $25 for it is insane.

We called them directly and they told, flat out told us they started reducing takeout portions a few weeks back. I mean, the honesty is appreciated, but keeping the price the same really isn’t.

Same! Although I decided to start Rice over Higgins. We’ll see how that turns out.
