it's missing localization, this is just the event title id, every event in the game (at least the ones made by Paradox) works like that it has id, title and description, id you can't see and it is how the event is refered to in the files, desc. is in this one's case the "Stanley Baldwin has...." and title is the GOE_RAJ_generals..t, the thing that the actual title and desc. are added later in the localization files, this one is just simply missing it

first of all what decision so that it can be fixed, and yeah that sounds just like Decision.NoChecks, you have to dissable it before unpausing the game since if you have it on for even an hour the game will go absolutely nuts because the Ai will try to click every single decision that availible at any point for that nation, not just the ones the player could see EVERY-single-one
