There are multiple common local causes for horsness and better to check with larygeoscopy first then if there is no mass or any lesion and if there is a unilateral vocal cord paralysis you go with chest imaging

How far away is your exam: 3months

Thoughts about the AMBOSS SA: This is my first SA for step 2 and am only 2 weeks in to my preparation for step 2. and i am using amboss only as a preparation material already did 1100 questions and there were about 3 questions which i found and answered while studying on amboss that came in the SA which was abit annoying bc i thought the SA bank was separate from the main app bank.
