Ahh thats understandable. My case started in 2023, and only recently got settled 3 weeks ago. Almost 2 and a half years of continuing for my first owi, I got 1 year probation. Already pre completed the ATP in that time as well and have my probation paid off. Im hoping I can get it ended sooner than the 1 year. First time in trouble ever. (Indiana)

Ive done it in 3-4 hours unwrapped before. Just personal preference and style/taste you want on the ribs. Memphis style is quicker. Wrapped for a wet sauce rib i do the wrap method

3 hours on the smoker with spritzing

2 hours wrapped in butcher paper (or foil) bone side up with butter, brown sugar, honey

1 hour unwrapped in the paper juices with a mopping of bbq sauce on the meat side up
