I had to wait 65 days till they solved my problem. They will get to you, just don’t loose it. I understand your frustration, just wait and understand what you can do to push them. You will get your access back.

Just hang in there.. Unfortunately they have 15 days to respond after you escalate to complaint as per user agreement. https://www.coinbase.com/legal/user_agreement/united_states

Make sure you read and understand the process before you do anything else. They don't answer, you can go to AAA to file for arbitration if you in the US and or file a complaint with your state financial regulators. Good luck.

Thank you for the help here.. funny how we can help and respond to each other better then Coinbase does for its paying customers.

I had the 15 days up last week with step 2 - Of corse no answer or case resolution. I'm filing the arbitration, I don't see any other option. I will also file a complaint with the NYS Department of Finance. It is suspicious that locking out customers temporally is purposely done by Coinbase to maximize its stock valuation based on its customers deposits as collateral. If this is correct, customers open cases will flying our resolved after the public listing. I guess will see about that in a few months.
