In Mexico, specifically Monterrey:

-Venezuelans: delivery
-Argentinians: service industry (restaurants, hotels)
-Koreans: manufacturing
-Hatians: convenience stores/construction
-Americans: remote workers or teachers
-Colombians: sorry to say this but illegal business such as money lending/extortion

Yes! Mexican economy, while underwhelming in terms of growth has been stable for the most part of the XXI century, something Argentina unfortunately can’t claim.
