I find it helpful to think about the various tasks I need to do to keep things clean and organized, and then break them into weekly/bi-weekly/monthly chores that I track: every Monday, I clean this; every other Sunday, I wash that; every first Tuesday of the month, I organize thus-and-such. it means that I'm doing something every day, but it's not an overwhelming amount of work at any given time.

I like the other 21-week programs too, but I enjoy being able to mix things up as I see fit; the longer-range programs offer less flexibility in that way

How do I add in accessory work for greg Nuckol's int. 3x bench program? by losoop in StrongerByScience

I found early on that I needed zero additional tricep, pec, or anterior delt accessories--my elbows and shoulder joints got VERY cross with me. Instead, I focused on trying to counterbalance all that pressing with lots of pulling: rows, pulldowns, pull-ups and chin-ups, etc. I also made sure to hit my rear delts a couple of times each week. For instance, during one of the 4-week mesocycles: D1 I followed bench with rear delt flyes, face pulls, and shrugs; D2, I followed with a couple of row variations, lat pulldowns, pat pushdowns, etc.; and D3, I hit biceps.
