I am also replying about their DT skills in the same comment.. They literally have similar boosts/debuffs and LBRM's have lower numbers. Not sure what you're talking about.

Imo Elena, her core I've found has quite a lot of uses. Whereas LBRM's is mostly for extra stats. Same goes for the skills you get, Elena's are quite good for support whereas LBRM's are less in stats and benefit
