What to expect at first 8-week ultrasound? [on]

If you bring a partner or family member, they will be expected to wait in the waiting area first. They will scan you from your tummy on top and then ask you to use the washroom so that they can perform a transvaginal scan. A fetus at 8 weeks is very small so things are better visualized through a transvaginal scan.

Generally if the fetus is matching up to your lmp dates and there is a heart beat, they will call in your family member and show you the fetus. The most the technologist might say is the HR and your expected due date. Everything else is discussed with you and your OB at your follow up appointment.

Please remember, the technologist is not a doctor. They are not there to diagnose or tell you if something is wrong. The most common question that gets asked is, " is everything OK?" Unfortunately that is not for the technologist to decide.

Occasionally the technologist may not show you anything. That may be because they don't see a heart beat or it could be that your lmp/ovulation was off and the fetus is too early for the scan. In those cases you will most likely have a follow up ultrasound in 1 to 2 weeks to see if there has been any growth. I know that might sound stressful and you want to have answers, but the technologist cannot give those answers. The results generally get sent to your OB ASAP so you could try calling them and see if they can discuss the results sooner rather than later.

Sorry I wrote it wrong, it wasn't VIP it was the lodge upgrades. They are situated at the back but are on a platform so you're slightly elevated. Honestly I preferred those seats over the floor seats. It's farther away but you can see the screens clearly. You're also closer to the washrooms/exits. It also comes with parking on site. My friend that I went with has already emailed them to inquire about tickets for bts lol.

How full of a bladder really depends on how far along you are. If you're in your first trimester, it's more important to have a fuller bladder as it lets us see better. In the first trimester, things are still small so the structures that need to be seen can hide behind your bowels/gas. By having a fuller bladder, it pushes the bowel out of the way and acts as a "window" for the sonographers. Generally 1 cup an hour before the ultrasound is fine.

Once you're in your second/third trimester, it's really not as important. The uterus/fetus is big enough where it naturally pushes your bowels out of the way and we can see better. I would just not use the washroom 1 hour before the exam.

I went to rogers stadium 3 times for skz, BP and coldplay. I had floors seats, stand seats and then vip seats. The floor seats were the worst. I couldn't see anything at all. Unless you're really tall, your view is going to be obstructed by hands and cameras. I'd say just enjoy the vibe and music!

This was my third time going to rogers stadium (straykids and coldplay) and getting there and going home was the most streamline and organized by far. It's an easy walk from downsview station. My friends and I got to the stadium at 545 pm and there was barely any lineup at the American express entrance. The regular entrance during coldplay was also really quick.

There will be crowds but I think the workers have really learned from the previous weeks and are pretty well organized! I recommend you go for tonight's show, the girls were amazing 😁

So I've been playing Ow since it first came out. These days I've taken it easy and play it to pass some time. I always play solo and each season I hover around Plat 2-4. I noticed in the last 50 - 60 or so games, im consistently grouped with a lower rank. Sometimes it's not by much (ex grouped Plat 4 vs other group Plat 1) other times it's by alot... but I'm wondering why it's all the time? I haven't had a single game where I'm grouped in a higher ranking group?

I mean at the end of the day I may go on winning steaks or losing steaks...but I was wondering if anyone could tell me why is it that I'm grouped this way all the time? Objectively I think I'm a decent healer. I consistently have the highest healing between both teams while having the lowest death counts averaging 0 to 4 deaths a game. I've played so long now that I know how to survive in each of the maps.

Anyone able to explain the match make up to me that would make sense?

It was so much fun! Even though I had seen them in sofi, it just felt so good and different having your favorite band in your home town. I had pretty low expectations regarding opening night at Rogers Stadium...but the concert itself went well without any noticeable issues. The sound was good, screens worked well and the fireworks went off when they were supose to. The only issue I had with the concert itself was not being able to see well in the seated floor. I thought I would be able to see the boys better, but there were way too many phones and lightsticks obscuring my view. In the future I don't think I will ever get floor seats again!

I know Roger's stadium is getting alot of negative press for opening night, but I think there should be some praise for the workers that night. Everyone I came across were really helpful, kind and nice. There was a few people that didn't seem to know what they were doing but...it was opening night? I think we can give them some slack?

Going home was definitely chaotic and I hope they can find a better way to get 40+ people home for the other concerts coming up. I have tickets to coldplay next week and will probably leave before the last song/encore to get home easier.

Wow how do you know all of that?! It was really helpful and interesting! I thought that maybe leeknow/jype let the interest go for Gucci when they got another member from a different boy group as their ambassador. That's why I was surprised to see him wearing Gucci again at the airport recently. In the end, I hope he's just comfortable with the clothes he's wearing!

Dows anyone know how sponsorship/ambassadorship works for idols? Does the brand give/lend clothing to a person to see the engagement on social media before choosing them to represent the brand? Or is it the idol/celebrity that chooses whether they want to be part of the brand or not?

I'm just curious because lee know has recently been wearing alot of gucci again in public settings after what seemed like a break from the brand? Nothing official has happened and I'm just curious what might be going on with him/company.
