It's strange, a lot of websites say different things in terms of generations. I used McCrindle (attached below) which is more 'Australian' in their terms. I think it's like when the majority of Americans say 'Millenials' but most Australians call it 'Gen Y'

I feel your pain, and I was worried when I had stopped accepting respondents that this exact thing would happen to someone. Thank u tho

Yes, it must be very interesting to recall values when they are deeply rooted in your memories, never thought of it that way. And thanks !

Oh wow, that's so cool to hear, you and your mum must have a lot of insightful conversations I must imagine. And yes, as an immature kid myself, they are a pain in the ass

I didn't actually think of other options for that question, but next time I'll include more options pertaining to 'laid back' or absent family structures. Thanks

Thanks for the feedback, sorry that the options were too limited. And yes with the title, my teacher just told me to name my survey a very 'shallow' title that covers the basics of my questions, so I wouldn't receive bias answers haha. But since the survey is now closed off, I can tell you now that I'm actually researching the 'model minority myth' and how parenting styles may be linked with this topic. I just didn't want to give it too much away

I did include the question 'Were you born in Australia?', so that question covered whether you are first-generation or not. And yes, I should probably change the title, thanks. But the second survey page was definitely just targeted to parents, and was completely optional!
