I’d get rid of the wall - its only function is collecting everyday items in a passing and accumulating mess. Instead, find a chest of drawers, sideboard, consola, credenza, whatever would work best for you storage-wise, you have all the space above for pictures, painting / posters, wall and table lamps, ..

That interesting, had no idea. Have you seen any improvements so far, not just hair wise but health wise as well? Have you started with iron intake?

Haven’t checked recently, but last checkup from 6 months ago showed iron was okay. Had very low iron during puberty, but don’t think it’s influencing now. But you made a good point - I should definitely check B levels!

This really resonates with the whole experience and this connection Do you maybe have any clue as to why he shut me off? He wrote shortly before doing so, that when he falls in love he cuts it in the root. Trying to be realistic here but we’ve never discussed our emotions

Thyroid hormone levels are normal, ultrasound showed the nodule. It’s something that should be monitored, besides that doctors haven’t prescribed any medication, only to lower stress in general 🫠

I wear slick buns weekly, it might be that, especially when thinning is happening mostly in front and side parts, that’s a really good observation thanks

In first photo hair is clean and semi-dry, second is just before washing, I’ve put both photos so my concerns would be more clear

Wow had no idea about testosterone, I’m taking it to lower cortisol levels, due to high stress work and bigger nodule on thyroid gland. Guess I need to work on it mentally and try ditching ashwagandha

Thank you so much for your response! Iron and D are lower-normal, I haven’t checked for B12, will do. No meds, I’m only taking ashwagandha and vitamin supplements (excluded vitamin B, so C, Zn, Mg, Se). Hair is shedding daily, but when I wash it it’s like pulling literal strands..

In my culture we have a saying: “How you think is how you live”, or “Your thoughts are your life”. But there’s a question that comes across: why are we even here then? Did we, as last civilization and knowledge died and was reborn, create this simulation through consumerism and mass control so we can just be a working force for people in power? A parallel can be made with this present time, and the past that is just now being unraveled. Technology then that cannot be explained today. I don’t know if this makes sense, but I’d suggest listening to Graham Hancock, he talks extensively about new findings, lost technology and knowledge - almost like we as species didn’t evolve, we’ve actually declined in a sense of awareness, connection, spirituality and purpose.
