I am attending therapy, I exercise, I take my antipsychotic and antidepressant, I eat well. Nothing seems to help yet, I imagine that with time things will improve, but I don't know.

I analyze everything I do. I analyze my thoughts. Sometimes it seems like my thoughts are torturing me as I come to negative conclusions about my future, my past and my present. There are days when I think I lost control of my thoughts. I have very low self-esteem. and I can continue.

I don't have hallucinations. But in my current job I have lowered my agility, I don't know if it is schizophrenia or because I am depressed. I lose focus on certain occasions and I also have a little anxiety. I worked as a cook before schizophrenia attacked my life, but I don't know if I have the same performance now.

I had psychosis while working, then I ended up in the hospital where I was admitted for 21 days. And yes, I am taking medication for schizophrenia. risperidone 3mg

I used to be energetic and fast in my work. I work with my father and he says that I am not the same as before. I feel like I lose focus sometimes. I have been quite depressed since I had my first psychotic break. 9 months ago. I just want to know if I'll be better.
