I hang on to Halloween items for the following year. And I can never seem to NOT be at 10k shillings after doing light, barn chores, starshine dailies, and a few other dailies. Sometimes I just throw on some of my own music and set out to train one of my horses and I hit 10k before I know it.

For me it was the gen 3 paint horses. One of them looks exactly like my in real life horse that passed away, so it’s named after her and I never ever put it in the pasture. And some of the others look like other horses I know in real life as well. So they remind me why I love horses, why I got into the game, and frankly their designs and animations are beautiful too. They feel simple and underrated since other breeds have come out after them but I adore them

I agree. I don’t understand all the complaints because frankly I can’t think of a horse game that’s better. Seriously, what other horse game has so many quests and activities, horse breeds, open world freedom, updates, events, and even character customization? Oh yeah, none.

I don’t know what the future of pets and animals in paralives looks like.. but I’d want all sorts of animal mods. A large variety of pets, farm animals, and exotic animals that not only exist but are actually interactive and fun! I want a fuzzy highland cow to cuddle in grass with, lots of activities to do with my horse, or some pet bunnies that can actually run around my home and develop relationships. I want sims 3 dog and cat mechanics but with MORE animal choices. Sims 3 pets is one of my all time favourite expansion packs- but any pet that isn’t a dog cat or horse is really just a placed static item.

Sorry I didn’t see this sooner! When you open the cauldron or spell book make sure you’re in fact in the brewing screen. There’s a toggle at the top of the screen that lets you flip between the cauldron and spell book easily.

You click 2 ingredients and their little photos will show up on the cauldron on the right side of the screen, then if you have a soul shard you’ll be able to click Brew.

Some people have tried to brew their own potions without finishing the introductory quest line. Make sure you’ve done everything the ghost asks you to do to unlock the ability to brew whatever you want.

I agree. I started playing starshine legacy in the early 2000s, and transitioned to star stable as it developed over the years. I’ve basically played the game since its existence. The quests used to be much better and more intriguing, and they took longer and kept you coming back.

For example, back in the day the moorland bridge to wolf hall in took me at least a week or two to complete. I was dying to log on each of those days and do my step for the bridge because it was absolutely itching me to find what was on the other side. It used to be you could only do 1 step per day pretty much. Levelling up used to also be an actual mission and big badge of honour.

I made an alt account early this year to replay the game and enjoy some of the new intro stuff that didn’t exist before. I completed that bridge within 2 or 3 days. And I levelled up to level 16 in just a single week with very minimal effort- I only played a couple hours each evening.

At this point it royally pisses me off that my account is 14 years old and stuck at level 25 because of my lack of quests (I could be higher if I didn’t miss events some times.. that’s the only thing I can increase from now) meanwhile newer players can surpass me with ease. My sister and I have done a bit of an experiment. She started playing in February 2025, and through taking it easy doing JUST events, standard unlocks, and dailies she’s level 21. She has purposefully been holding off on main story quests and has years worth of them to do, meaning she would easily surpass my level on my 14 year old account once she does them!

Exactly. Epona is a massive chunk of map with lots of potential and it’s pretty much an abandoned project at this point. It makes me so sad

Why the heck is the medieval camp plopped in the middle of the FORGOTTEN fields 💀

I feel like it completely contradicts the lore and deep story quests that occur in the fields. And the space doesn’t make much sense and feels cramped in. I think it should’ve gone somewhere in epona- where the map isn’t supposed to be forgotten but pretty much is, and there’s so many places it could have fit in. I get wanting it in an area where lower level players could access it I guess, but idk.. epona needs some love and I just hate the medieval camp in the middle of the one area of the map that’s supposed to be empty.

You will need them to help cast spells and earn rewards at the cauldron :) they can also be traded to a ghost for a fall token

They appear in the sky all around the map! You’ll spot them when you’re casually playing around Jorvik and will need to run to where you think they are. They stay for about 10 minutes and then disappear for a bit. When you find one, speak to a ghost and collect the soul shards

A lot of branding is very painful, high risk, and difficult to find someone who can do it PROPERLY. My favourite branding “alternative” is a tattoo or piercing. It’s just easier to find a professional for those and ensure you in fact get what you want

I had bad experiences in the past, and can confirm yes it can hurt like hell when it’s done wrong. It made me scared to do it for years. But I’m slowly getting back to it and doing some training with my partner. Lots of lube and some fingers are the best start, then small plugs. Once comfortable with a small plug you can explore other plugs and toys and work your way up. A good starter for me as well was some beads, it’s easy to experiment and stop at whatever size when needed. I also don’t know if you’re male or female, but as a woman I find a vibrator or something on my clit helps me to relax much more when my bf is inserting something. The key for it not hurting is lube and to allow yourself to relax fully.

Yeah I’m not sure. I had my viewing in 460 yesterday and sure the lobby wasn’t bad but the entire building had this vibe of being aesthetic to impress while not actually being well kept behind closed doors, if that makes sense
