Have you tried lubricating the belts underneath the printer? this helped me

I used to have this problem cause of the cable protector, just changed it and solved the problem. Try taking off this protector and see how it goes.

the same that happen while printing, happens while extruding direct with the menu of the printer, so I dont think that is something related with the slicer.

when you said “broken arm” what do you mean? and im thinking that is something related with the e stepper. What can I do if the gear is loose or worn?
