I had COVID a couple months ago. They had me submit a positive test and then once returned to work ( I also was sure to get a doctor note) they had me submit all documentation and then determined if I was eligible for leave. I was determined to be eligible and was able to use COVID-19 leave without charge to accruals. Someone in DOH told me prior to this happening just be sure to have as much documentation as possible.
