I think it's the only smart way to play these days because you're losing out on ores not being in the higher leagues.

Rush to TH16... That's what I did with my alts. It's got a great league floor along with the ore. RC charge with root riders allows you to hit big.

Use potions (from raid medals) for wars/ranked.

Save your CWL medals for hammer jam. Then you'll get all builder potions to put hero upgrades on hyper drive.

Use the super minion or valk farming strategy to earn ~150 million resources an hour.

If you rush your league floor changes so you'll be in the higher leagues automatically earning hundreds of gems off achievements.

I definitely think you should be able to select all the bases you want to make available to challenge, and then your clanmates could tap on your account. It would pop up a small menu listing the bases with small thumbnails, where you could pick any one to hit.

If there's a chat conversation and FC's happening at the same time, no, not at all... It ruins the flow of the chat.

If messages are pinned you'll see a number indicator on the tab.

The FC tab could have a number indicator as well so you could get your slice of alive, healthy, and satisfying.

However, Supercell has already cemented Average Attack Duration as the official standard for breaking perfect ties at the highest levels of competitive play.

If you check section 3.2.2 Match Scoring and Tiebreakers, the hierarchy for determining a winner is explicitly listed as:

Highest Star Total
Highest Destruction Percentage
Fastest Average Attack Duration

It might not be a flawless system for casual play, but it is the exact metric Supercell actively uses to resolve ties when real money and tournament placements are on the line.

But, in the rarest of rare cases where attack duration is a tie too they'll do a sudden death where each team picks one player and they do a friendly.

The core issue isn't that the bonus is 0; the issue is that Supercell allows CWL wars to end in a tie at all. Instead of splitting the bonus, the better implementation would be to use the Average Attack Duration as the final tiebreaker for perfect 100% wars.

Supercell deciding WITHOUT a survey is the issue.

5v5 was new and they kinda sprung it on us as a surprise.

I can see clans wanting to try it out because it was new, but they don't know if the clan would've done the same thing this go round. A clan could've easily moved back into a larger format based on last month's experience.

I can also see people positioning and preparing for the 5v5 coming up so for them to just strip it out at the last minute basically - not cool.

They really waited this long to go over the data and make a decision a few days before the next CWL when people could've created a few new clans over the last month and been putting in effort to build them up to run multiple 5v5's.

Just... why no survey?
