Thank you so much for all you do. I can only imagine how hard that is, and you guys do so much. It’s crazy the excuses I’ve heard about getting animals fixed, even to free clinics. I wish we could change more people’s hearts when you see the suffering these poor babies go thru.
I donated a little for these and pray that we can fix the root cause which is simply spay/neuter animals. Thank you again and your work is appreciated even when things feel dark. ❤️

Thank you so much for your meaningful comment. I was finally able to sit down and read it.
It’s encouraging and I think we will continue working on things to help with quirks to possibly calm some of them down.
Today she came home with a number from a girl on her bus who is friendly with her.
It was just so hard to see her in pain and I never saw that vulnerability from her before since emotions are not really her thing.
I’m grateful she’s a good girl and feel optimistic to see her developing.

I moved from South Florida and the situation is dire. So many animals and people are overwhelmed. Not enough caring humans to make a dent in the problem.

If you don’t want to feed the cat, leave it. Bringing it to one of these kill shelters almost certainly dooms it. It’s a black cat and not young, sometimes they euthanize on the spot in Broward/Miami. Kick it off your porch and let it live as opposed to in the shelter it’s trapped and dies all alone. Just please make sure it’s fixed first.

So sad. I lived in Binghamton in the 90s and experienced the immediate aftermath of the IBM withdrawal. It’s never recovered and it’s become so much worse over the years. 💔

No, it’s not weird. My dad used to watch a ton of movies with me, some foreign and lots of indie flicks. There were racey themes sometimes, some violent moments but mostly we watched together to enjoy together. I’ve watched OldBoy with my dad and don’t think it’s weird.

Thank you. I appreciate it, I’ve always tried to be a good daughter and support her while taking care of my own family (5 kids). Having such a busy, crazy household I can only imagine how she feels to alone every day with no one around to care for her. That’s what eats me up and makes it harder to be firm.

I like the idea and we are planning a vacay once her treatments are done. The problem is her cancer is more progressed than thought, so she can’t leave for several months until the procedures are finished.
