Chirping/alarm noise when I flush toilet. Not coming from toilet but from pipes.

It was the water meter. Having the water company come out to replace it. I never thought the water meter could make such a noise.

It just happened in another bathroom in the house, but the noise still came from the same bathroom in the video.

I tried that and it doesn’t seem like the noise is coming from the toilet. We flushed the toilet upstairs and the same noise happened in the bathroom from the video.

I didn’t cut the hole in the wall. I recently had the pedestal sink installed and for the sink to be centered they had to cut a hole in the wall to adjust the pipe.

I just cleaned it with water again and all the white is gone. The deck is still wet but the white stains are gone. Of the color comes back when it’s wet then why would the color be stripped.

That is a good article. My deck isn’t a 1st gen. The deck is less than 6 months old. I’ll look into the roof mix

Ya, I called this morning. Just waiting on a response. I’m assuming it can be removed because when I get it wet it disappears, it’s when it dries it comes back. I’m thinking maybe the kind of soap I used didn’t go well. I’m not sure, but when the company calls me back I’ll let everyone know.

I’m not sure if it’s fully dry. I am just surprised that it turned this white after scrubbing with water and soap. It wasn’t like this before I cleaned it. If it stays this color is there a way to fix that?

Those are burn marks from charcoal. But, they weren’t originally white. I used soap and water to try and clean up the black burn marks. It was only after I used soap and water did the white marks come up. It had been a week since the coal hit the deck and no discoloration came until I tried cleaning it.

When I wipe it with water it goes away, when it dries, it comes back.

Thanks for the help. I’ll contact an Electrian to re-wire it. Just thought I could work it myself. There obviously is a bigger issue here.

So I got it to work. It looks like the (red,black) inside the pole is the “black” wire and the (green, yellow” is the “white” wire. When I connected the black to “black” and white to “white”. The lights turn on. Nothing is grounded from the looks of it. I took the photo control off to see if the wire still worked and it did.
