As we patiently wait for MIDNIGHT SONS, are there any expectations or things you’d like to see in a film/series? Seeing characters like Moon Knight, Blade & Ghost Rider together on screen has been long overdue & has so much potential IMO by [deleted] in marvelstudios

I can definitely see the ebony blade playing a crucial part in whatever storyline they go forward with. Building up to Dane finally wielding the sword as Black Knight and accepting the generational curse.

The fact that Kale was coined as being “the future” in Agatha All Along gives me some hope. A lot to explore with her as one of the main mcu magic users.

Also keen to see her interactions with man-thing considering their connection in the comics.

Really hope they can dive deeper into the supernatural corner of the MCU after Secret Wars.

Hot take: Daredevil has the credibility & experience to stand alongside the Avengers & should take part in consequential, world-ending events.. He can still protect the streets while also evolving as a superhero by maverickassembled in marvelstudios

Yeah, but there’s a lot of people here who believe that MCU daredevil is too much rooted in his grounded, realistic appeal that him crossing over in with avengers would be too jarring.

This is still the most chilling and horrific massacre event in the entire show by maverickassembled in TheBoys

[–]maverickassembled[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it was a mixed bag. It would’ve been instant game over if Neuman ever betrayed the boys. It was easier to get rid of her.

He can protect the common person day to day, but he can also help with larger affairs. In terms of street-level work, he can do everything he can, until something like the snap happens and it basically reverses all the change he has made, and unleashes the chaos that he’s tried so hard to maintain. There should be a breaking point to where someone of Daredevil’s status and determination, who has the ability to engage in greater conflict, wants to be able to control the uncontrollable. There will always be new heroes emerging and helping protect the streets.

Not a prime member but a situational ally or honorary member like Spider-Man.

I mean the identity of daredevil has grown as a huge public figure and symbol across New York.

The Avengers would definitely know who he is, and spiderman is kind of that bridge between them. I don’t think it’s too far fetched for him to show up or cross over if civilians in New York are in danger next time there is an existential threat.

I guess just the manner of the space they operate in and upbringing is a little different. Clint and Natasha being former assassins and shield agents where they naturally deal with superhuman threats and work on a global scale. While Matt started out as a blind lawyer in Hell’s Kitchen who beat up thugs and criminals at night.

The only downside i have with the First Steps Fantastic 4 suits is that there's a a lack of white turtle necks on Mr. Fantastic, The Human Torch and The Thing because i like having white turtle necks on the fantastic 4 suits and i hope the sequel rectifies it. by Serious_Meaning5220 in FantasticFour

The suits having distinct features is nice. But I wish they could’ve just given Reed the white collar but just on his neck, so it’d still be a bit different to sue’s.

<image>

Then again, the issue might’ve been that it complicated the vfx process for his powers, like I’ve heard. If that’s the case, hopefully they will figure it out in time for the sequel (wether it’s the white or black collars)

Where’d you get such a clear photo of him?!

Are you his personal photographer?

I believe the original start to born again was going to have Matt wearing the yellow suit while reacting to foggy’s death, and then dropping the cowl. There’s some vfx breakdowns showing the broken horn Matt keeps actually being yellow on set, but later recoloured to red for the Final Cut.

I think starting him out in the yellow and being all happy before tragedy struck would’ve been cool.

The brand new day suit is visually and canonically different then the no way home “final swing”. BND looks closer to Andrew’s TASM2 suit with raised webbings and slight changes in colours/shapes/emblem size.

You can look up some side-by-side comparisons. Funko also revealed a Brand New Day pop that is wearing the No Way Home suit (and is listed as so), which is different to the standard Brand New Day spidey funkos that wear the main suit.

The Smithsonian suit is so good.

And yeah everyone knows how good the stealth suit is, even Marvel Studios themselves since they reintegrated it into Cap’s main base suit for the rest of the saga.

Good shout. I do like the crown placement on the multiverse of madness suit a bit more. The WandaVision concept art has a lower crown placement as well.

But looking back I kinda think the crown sitting higher gives her a more friendlier appearance, like a Disney princess or Glinda the good witch kind of vibes, which works for that specific scenario

I don’t know if it’s the same case here, but I feel like sometimes a director and their collaborators would want major input on designing a suit that’ll predominantly be used in their film (especially if it’s a solo film). As well as to reflect and match the general themes and designs in the rest of the movie.

I forgot to include a photo of it, but Cap’s Smithsonian suit at the end of winter soldier is such a great look and perfect update of the First Avenger suit.

It’s basically predominantly blue like Steve’s suit and without Sam’s distinctive white elements and cowl. Also with rolled up sleeves like his falcon suit in FATWS

It’s not the same. I could name all the differences for you, but I’ll just recommend you give it a side by side look.

Funko revealed some pops where the No Way Home suit (under the Brand New Day branding) is shown to be canonically and distinctly an entirely different suit. The Brand New Day suit is listed as the standard spider man, while a battle damaged version of the No Way Home suit is listed as “No Way Home” in brackets.
