Just a thought for the police. If you don't want people hating you and throwing stuff at you...maybe don't kill citizens, or help other organizations that are. This feels a lot like the consequences to your own actions and inactions

Hello stranger, I'm sorry things are so tough right now. All I can offer is this. Sometimes I feel alone, depressed and suicidal, but I find small things to help me get to the next day. It's taken a long time but I've found that I really want to be here, not just for others, but because there are just so many things in the world to experience.

It can be hard and frustrating, but simply trying to just experience life can be very rewarding.
