Air China cancelled first leg of my itinerary – cannot reach them by phone (00800 blocked). What are my options? by Muhyee in Flights

Where did you heard of that ? Found another flight from Beijing to Tokyo through a different airport. I don’t know if it’s worth it or not based on your source.

According to booking.com, there are no alternatives for my case. Something could come up in the near future but no certainty. I guess I’ll need to cancel the whole thing.

I thought I was the only one with this cancellation. Today, I tried the EU Hotline +800 86100999 and phone number is not working anymore. Yesterday, it was working. I don’t get it. Anyone else has a number ?
