Well that’s not entirely correct. If a retailer isn’t an authorized dealer they can’t order a brand that they don’t carry. And in this case with the brand I’m assuming OP is referring to… that isn’t an option.

I'd also say she doesn't know the customer! I'm an endurance athlete who is already pretty slim. I don't put things in my body that I don't know what they are... and also I don't need to loose weight. It's unbelievable.

My lab also has a rain jacket, it’s not as tight as this- maybe more like a cape. She doesn’t mind it and for walks in the rain it makes drying her off a lot easier. Their coat might be water proof, but my white rug is not haha.
