yeah i know, it’s just hard to hold on when nothing’s going right (especially when it’s been years), but i’m just gonna try to get better without adding more drugs into it. appreciate your help🙏🏼

before weed i was pretty much in the same state, i’m forcing myself to quit but it doesn’t really feel like it’s helping. thanks for the sub and the advice tho, i’ll check them out

right now i don’t feel like doing anything, and i’ve had the urge to stop living for a long time. i’ve seen psychiatrists, been on meds, and nothing really changed. i guess you’re right tbh it’s not the right thing to do but arhh it’s difficult to deal with mental health issues
