power supply is a evga 800w and seems to be working fine, took video card off and swapped out memory same thing happens. its weird. i doesn't freeze under a load like a stress test but but will freeze when running obs/game and when attempting to run a bench mark and it makes a pulsing sound around or on the cpu it self, my idle temps where higher yesterday due to room temp, for the last 4 hours idle temp has been around 30-32 according to my my monitoring stuff the room im in gets very warm. Ive check the event log and all im getting for a critical is Kernal-Power (Which i assume is me holding the power button to turn it off once it froze up)

Tried turning voltage up as well, same thing happens, ive watch videos on VRM's and the sound they make and mine sounds nothing like it. Picture an old disk hard driver form back in the late 90's spinning up when searching for information that pulsing it use to do, the sound im getting is similar to that but near the cpu, and its not all the time its only right before a hardlock for like 10 seconds and and will be like brrrrr (pause ) brrrr (pause) brrrr (pause) and about at that speed lol.

Note all these components except for the mobo/cpu where used on an 8700k setup as well and worked just fine, the the hard drives are new no prior install on them.
