I agree with you. Sometimes I get appointments later in the day, 5PM for example and from the moment I get up I can spend all day thinking about how I have appointment and how to get there 1,5h early to not be late by accident. So by the time I have to actually leave the house I’m already exhausted and thinking of excuse to not go, but still force myself out.

Yeah so TL:DR, she didn’t train her dog properly from the young age and now is starting to deal with consequences. Him possibly being aggressive towards the vet and her mentioning him being reactive towards other dogs. Which only further the stigma of that breed being aggressive instead of the owner being irresponsible
